A Message from Our Founder

I started Heart Medical with a simple belief: if you take care of your customers the right way, everything else takes care of itself.

I've spent nearly 20 years in the medical equipment industry, and my foundation was built working in a small business environment where customers always came first. I was taught early on to be honest, to do right by every customer, and to recommend the right solution — even if it meant less profit. That mindset has never left me.

Cardiology is also deeply personal to me. I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, and heart health has always been part of my life. My mother underwent a cardiac ablation, and my brother required one in his thirties. Those experiences reinforced something I already believed: physicians need the right tools, and the people supplying those tools have a responsibility to operate with integrity and purpose.

In this business, long-term success is built on trust and repeat relationships. You don't earn that by cutting corners or pushing products that aren't the right fit. If you sell someone the wrong equipment or aren't upfront with them, you may win a transaction — but you lose the customer. In my experience, that's a losing strategy every time.

After time at a much larger company that prioritized profits over people, I co-founded Heart Medical to do things differently.
